Anabond 980Y Led Potting is an addition cure, two component pourable thermally conductive silicone compound specially designed for LED lighting driver, power modules, inverters, transformers, ballasts, sensors product and electric control units. It is a low viscous material and cures to a soft flexible rubber which is well suited for the protection of electrical/electronic applications. It cures at a constant rate regardless of sectional thickness.
